Definitions of over 600 less-familiar KJV words. Tuck it in your King James Bible as a handy reference tool. David W. Daniels' King James Bible Companion. Small enough to slip in the back of your Bible. 24 pages; Chick Publications. If you have a King James Bible, this book needs to be inside it. Rather than settling for a corrupt, inferior Bible version, all Christians should learn the meaning of less-familiar King James words. This little book makes it easy. Just slip it in the back of your Bible. When you run across an unfamiliar word, look it up. Order one for every member of your church! Give them out at: • Bible Studies • Youth groups • Sunday School classes • Prayer meetings • Christian Schools • Bible Colleges • To new converts along with a Bible This is a sample of the content in this book.Abase: Make or bring low; to humble Job 40:11 Balm: A medicine; rosin fom a bush. Job 27:22Can you see how handy this would be to have at your fingertips? Would it be easier for you in the front of your Bible or in the back of your Bible? What about somewhere in between, maybe in the book you are studying? Or put in a pocket in your Bible Case. About Author David W Daniels Author, Bible Researcher and Linguist David Daniels, B.A., M.Div., is trained in Bible and linguistics. After twenty years of searching the Hebrew and Greek scriptures and studying the history of the Bible, he concluded that the King James Bible is God's preserved words in English. Education· 1984 B.A. Bible and Linguistics, Pacific Christian College· 1987 M.Div. General Theology, emphasis in Linguistics, Fuller Theological Seminary· 3 Summer SIL — Summer Institute of Linguistics, trained to be a Bible translator, Northwest SIL (1983, 1985, 1986)· Once David understood that the King James Bible is the words of God in English, he became a careful literalist who believes his Bible without reservation.· He came to realize that just because he may not have the answer to a particular Bible question, does not mean that there is no answer. That's why he never stops searching and checking his sources.· He is finding that the answers to the "problems" people like to bring up about the Bible are usually found right in the context of the scripture. That's why we have to have a translation that is as literal as possible, to make sure we haven't missed anything that God actually said. That's why we trust the King James Bible. “ONCE MEN CHANGE GOD'S WORDS, THEY ARE NO LONGER GOD'S WORDS. THEY ARE MAN'S WORDS.” - DAVID W DANIELS - Customer ReviewsGood little dictionary Though this is a great little primer. Helpful Tremendous help to understand the KJV. It is also small and can fit in the Bible. Very useful to use.Great Addition to the King James Bible As a Baptist preacher I give away a lot of Bibles, especially after praying with someone to accept Christ. How can we lead them through the door and not give them the one tool they must have? The King James Bible! I always include a copy of the King James Bible Companion. For me, it cost me mere pennies. For them, it's a great value add to a precious gift they just received. Thank you for the great price and fast shipping at Pass the Word KJB. I've looked...I can't find them cheaper anywhere. Thank you.Yeah, KewI! I ordered a 3-pack. One for my wife, one for my 15-year-old daughter and the other one for me. My wife and I really love ours and use them nearly every time we read the bible. I asked my daughter if she liked hers. She said, "Yeah, kew1l!" haha Teenagers!I just ordered a bundle of 50, just so I can give them out. My Pastor really likes it too. If you are a Christian, read God's Word then you NEED this. It works with other Bibles too. Some have more archaic words than the KJB. But, why would you mess with those anyway? Stick with the King James. Fits in my Bible I am one of those people that don't like a bunch of bulk in my Bible...Church bulletins from 2007, phone numbers, decision cards, business cards, notes. Who needs all that junk to get in your way or fall all over? Last thing I wanted was a book to stuff in my Bible nor did I want to carry an extra book around with my Bible. But this is perfect, I don't even know it's there. Great book I like it. Spanish? Really neat. I go to a Spanish church. I wish I had one for my RVG bilingual Bible.
